The ground floor apartments overlooking the pool have a wide garden with a table and sun umbrella. The first floor apartments present a great exposed roof enhancing the space and the large balconies. Extra chair beds or baby cribs are available on request.

The four apartments, each one with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the double room have an elegant yet unpretentious design and great care is paid to every detail to ensure maximum comfort to our guests.

Our apartments are immersed in the green and a pool with a Jacuzzi and solarium is available in the summer season.

Family Accommodation

The family accommodation is equipped with electricity, drinking water, heating, Wi-Fi internet, a clothes drying rack, and a 32-inch TV. During the summer period, air conditioning is available for your use.

It features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and cookware, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso coffee machine, and toaster.

Each bathroom is provided with a courtesy set (liquid soap and shower shampoo) and towels (including pool towels during the summer period).

The accommodation is equipped with bed linen.

Pets

The presence of small pets must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Breakfast

Inside the accommodations and the room you will find some products (such as rusks, jams, coffee, tea, etc.) so you can enjoy your breakfast independently.

For stays longer than three nights, fresh products such as yogurt, butter, eggs, etc. will also be provided.

Cleaning

The apartments and the room will be cleaned at every guest changeover. For stays of one week, if requested, maintenance cleaning can be carried out every 3/4 nights, with linen change.

Other information

If requested, we provide a storage room for bicycles or other equipment.

A washing machine is available in a room adjacent to the property and can be used upon guests' request.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, self check-in is available.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested and, subject to availability, will be subject to an additional charge.

Valid identity documents for each individual guest will need to be provided before arrival by sending a copy to lacasadialice.rodello@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
